Responsibilities of members include electing the Foundation’s
Board, and providing general advice and assistance.The Foundation’s
members form a statewide network of communications capability and
support. Over time, we hope to have members in every county and
community in Idaho.
ICF bylaws require that no one of ICF’s three regions may have more than
60% or less than 20% of its members.
ICF offers a graduated membership fee structure to accommodate
those members who wish to support Foundation operating expenses at
more than the $25 minimum cost of membership. Membership
contributions are tax-deductible.
